NEIS is certified to perform inspections throughout the US and has a thorough understanding of the local requirements in each jurisdiction. With our extensive support staff, we can complete your third party code inspections, processing and filing fees (as applicable) for you.

We schedule with Elevator Maintenance Companies to witness inspections and tests and determine that your existing equipment conforms with the applicable code requirements. We file in a timely manner all required test reports with the DOB
