Founded by elevator professionals who worked in the field, Island Elevator was built to serve Long Island exclusively. No city distractions, no corporate silence. We wrote service agreements that guarantee maintenance visits, include 30-day termination clauses, and clearly show testing responsibilities and labor rates.
We’re not the cheapest option but our clients stay because we do more, respond faster, and help them avoid preventable liability.
To provide Long Island building owners and property managers with responsive, honest, and expert elevator service - so every elevator stays safe, compliant, and reliable for passengers.
How Island Elevator Got Started
Island Elevator began with a simple realization. Long Island buildings were being treated like a second priority.
Most elevator companies focus their manpower on Manhattan and the boroughs, leaving Nassau and Suffolk with slower response times, longer out-of-service periods, and little communication. We decided to fix that.
