CAT1 is an annual safety inspection. CAT5 is a more detailed, full load test done every five years.
CAT1 is due every year by the anniversary of your elevator’s last test. CAT5 is due five years after installation or the last CAT5.
Yes. We take care of scheduling, witnessing when required, testing, and all filing with the DOB.
